I have now built dleyna-core-0.5.0-1.el7:

Note that dleyna-core-0.5.0-1.el7 has bumped its soname. However, it is an "internal" convenient library that's only used by dleyna-server (a D-Bus service) and dleyna-connector-dbus (a dleyna-core plugin). Applications are only expected to use the dleyna-server D-Bus API, which hasn't broken backwards compatibility.
