This is part of rebasing GNOME to 3.22. Note: this needs a new unicode-ucd.
I've rebased it to 3.18.2, which is I think the newest version we can rebase to this cycle. Updating it to 9.0 would need a matching update to unicode-ucd 9.0.0 which probably needs quite a bit of coordination and might not be easily doable.
Verified with RHEL-7.4-20170330.1 and gucharmap-3.18.2-1 shows.
