We will need gnome-autoar as a new dependency and libarchive 3.1 as a minimum requirement.

I've pushed the rebase to git and kicked off a nautilus-3.22.3-1.el7 build for the rhel-7.4-gnome build target. Package maintainers, if possible please check that the rebase looks good. Thanks!
