Description of problem:

openstack-gnocchi-statsd udp port 8125 is blocked by the firewall by default


How reproducible:

Just setup OSPd


Actual results:

Can't send statsd data to udp port 8125 of gnocchi-statsd

Expected results:

I can send statsd data to udp port 8125 of gnocchi-statsd
