Description of problem:
Customer have differents orgs and would like to receive email just to inform if the sync plan concluded with successful or not.

6.2

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login on Satellite 6.2
2. Administer - Users
3. Click over user, select "Email Preferences" tab
4. There isn't option related to sync plan or repository sync

Actual results:
Customer need access all orgs / sync status or products to check the status

Expected results:
Just receive one email in case of failure
