Should be unable to click the gray "Add" when the input of subject name is empty

openshift v3.4.0.15

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to openshift, create project
2. Go to "Resources" -> "Membership", click "Edit Membership"
3. Leave the user name empty, select a role "view", click "Add"

Actual results:
3. The "Add" is gray, but can be clicked

Expected results:
3. Should be unable to click the gray "Add"
