This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Doc Text:	Previously, the nss_db module did not properly handle a protocol mismatchduring lookups in the service database. As a consequence, lookups in the servicedatabase could enter an infinite loop. Now, nss_db deals with protocolmismatches and proceeds with the next entry.
