Description of problem: mesa upstream has support to libglvnd, we don't enable that by default in Fedora yet (it needs more testing). But it should be possible to add a build conditional to help support a glvnd enabled mesa Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): current 13.0.0-0.2.rc2 How reproducible: always Additional info: https://github.com/NVIDIA/libglvnd @Ajax, I've made a copr repository as kwizart/glvnd with glvnd enabled mesa (and xorg-server when relevant).

If you have time, could you update your copr with xorg-x11 1.19? I've been waiting to try out Optimus on F25, but F25 uses 1.19 and I don't want to downgrade. I actually can't use my NVIDIA GPU without the open driver (which has painfull performance) at all.
You can grab the unmodified xorg-x11-server from Fedora for f25: http://rpmfusion.org/Howto/nVidia_Optimus You don't even need copr anymore, this bug is only for having a glvnd enabled mesa which isn't mandatory for optimus using NVIDIA and modesettting as outputsource.
glvnd support is merged in f26 Currently testing before to consider a backport in f25.
