Description of problem: We should have the same behavior to trigger a smart state scan. Users can trigger a scan from both the virtual machines view and virtual machine details view. Users can only trigger smart state scans view instance details view. Jozef, Can you look into this, Smartstate Analysis Profile button should be available on list of Instances and should work the same way as it does on list of VMs view, if a selected Instance type from the list view does not support smartstate analysis, it should show a flash message similar to the way it does on Infrastructure side. looks like https://github.com/ManageIQ/manageiq/blob/master/app/helpers/application_helper/button/vm_instance_template_scan.rb is making Smartstate Analysis button not visible on list of Instances screen. Able to trigger a smartstate scan from the clouds Instances view, unlike infra VM view. Verified Version: 5.8.0.4.20170307183144_745a3d9
