Description of problem:
This is a strange one. I tried to add my sat6 server but had connectivity issues. I fixed the connectivity problem and went back in to add the sat 6 server and now i am being blocked as it keeps telling me "Endpoints.url has already been taken" and now i cant add the sat 6 provider.

How reproducible:
not sure

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to add a sat6 provider with an unreachable url.
2. Go back in and try to add the sat 6 server.


Actual results:
now i am being blocked as it keeps telling me "Endpoints.url has already been taken" and now i cant add the sat 6 provider

expected to be able to add the provider
