gnome-shell is translated in GNOME. So I advise to send a bug upstream in GNOME instead.
I find that it is already fixed in gnome-desktop master branch. So close this bug as UPSTREAM. Thanks for your report. https://l10n.gnome.org/vertimus/gnome-desktop/master/po/zh_CN#214565
Note that, the translation is not committed yet! I prefer keep it open. There are several people already submit bugs in GNOME bugzilla: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=745398 https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=739626 https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=731108
I think that as this is Fedora Localization, while Fedora L10N do not responsible for GNOME L10N, so I close it as upstream.
