Description of problem: Trigger an scaleup with quick install in unattended mode against installed env(the installer.cfg.yml is in default), it will go to workflow of add new node which is the same as interactive mode. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): atomic-openshift-utils-3.4.13-1.git.0.ff1d588.el7.noarch How reproducible: always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Trigger an scaleup with quick install in unattended mode # atomic-openshift-installer -u scaleup Actual results: It will show Installation Summary and then go to workflow of add new node and ask user to input host info. Expected results: It should exit scaleup workflow and hint user about the result and how to do.

Verified with version atomic-openshift-utils-3.5.23-1.git.0.1cd0089. # atomic-openshift-installer -u scaleup Welcome to the OpenShift Enterprise 3 Scaleup utility. --- The 'scaleup' operation does not support unattended functionality. Re-run the installer without the '-u' or '--unattended' option to continue.
