VM Filters when opened after Template Filters

Description of problem:It's possible to get to Template thru VM filters


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):5.7.0.7


How reproducible:always


Steps to Reproduce:
1.open Vm filters on any provider
2.select - All Vms

Actual results:All Vms & templates are shown


Expected results: ONLY Vms are shown


Additional info:Vm filters are broken. if you first open "Template Filters" and after that "VM filters" - Template Filters will be shown
