I see status getting synced after the job is complete and finalized, but it never syncs prior to that. This means the openshift build is staying in "New" until the jenkins pipeline has either completed successfully or failed.

Can you provide me with some steps to reproduce? I can't seem to reproduce this.

This was never consistently reproducible. Next time I'll see it I can grab the logs again, but I think we already had two log dumps in the issue.  Is there anything else we should grab next time it happens?
