Red Hat Satellite engineering is moving the tracking of its product development work on Satellite to Red Hat Jira (issues.redhat.com). That failing, please send an e-mail to the RH Jira admins at rh-issues@redhat.com to troubleshoot your issue as a user management inquiry. The email creates a ServiceNow ticket with Red Hat. Individual Bugzilla bugs that are migrated will be moved to status "CLOSED", resolution "MIGRATED", and set with "MigratedToJIRA" in "Keywords". The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "Satellite project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/SAT-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description of problem:
RHEL 7.3 will rebase squid to version 3.5:

The Satellite 6.2 installer currently configures squid.conf with directives that are obsolete in squid 3.5:
# grep ERROR /var/log/squid/squid.out
2016/10/31 14:36:33| ERROR: Directive 'hierarchy_stoplist' is obsolete.
2016/10/31 14:36:33| ERROR: Directive 'ignore_expect_100' is obsolete.

How reproducible:
100% in QCI QE testing, built against RHEL 7.3 beta.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.) Install QCI or Satellite 6.2 w/ squid from RHEL 7.3 beta.
2.) See errors in /var/log/squid/squid.out.
Actual results:
Obsolete options in squid.conf, errors in squid log file.
Expected results:
No errors in squid log file.
