Verified. 
provider A with project A with label Dept=accounting
provider B with project A with label Dept=accounting. 


IN CFME Refresh providers
Perform autotagging for projects with dept=Dept
Refresh providers. 

Results: 
Refresh successful 
AND
Both projects show labels AND tags as per defined autotagging.
