Description of problem:
noVNC ports are not allowed on compute firewalls breaking console access

100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy overcloud 
2. Launch instance and open VNC console in browser


Actual results:
Fails with: Failed to connect to server (code: 1006)

Connection to VNC ports on compute nodes coming from the nodes running the novncproxy service should be allowed.

11:43 <   mcornea> slagle: yes - iptables -I INPUT -p tcp -m multiport --dports 5905 -m comment --comment "instance console" -m state --state NEW -j ACCEPT
