Describe the issue: There is no list of errors or error codes to reference when troubleshooting, other than searching https://github.com/openshift/origin-server

Suggestions for improvement: As an OpenShift admin, I'd like a list of categorized errors/error codes with some mention of relevance to help with troubleshooting.

Hey Brennan,

OSE 2 is EOL in Dec, and no new bugs are being addressed for it. I am going to close this bug as CLOSED-->EOL.
