We need valid full build with engine and vdsm-jsonrpc-java which we don't have now.

# rpm -q rhevm-backend ; rpm -qR rhevm-backend | grep vdsm-jsonrpc-java
rhevm-backend-3.6.10-0.1.el6.noarch
vdsm-jsonrpc-java >= 1.1.14
                     ^^^^^^ we need an engine which requires 1.1.16
