Description of problem: Creating Roles fails by asking for Password and User ????


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 5.7.0.9-beta2.1.20161101182054_eb0afaa


How reproducible: always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to Configuration > Access Control > role
2. create a new role... click Add.
3.

Actual results: It fails by asking Password cannot be blank... UserId can't be blank...


Expected results: We don't need UserID and Password...
