Description of problem:there's no "Delete" for infra provider's VM at the moment.
We are able to "Delete" instances from Cloud providers, but there's no way to Delete VM from Infra provider. 
when one work with infra providers the only option is Retirement which has it's limitations. and you'll need to go to provider's ui to clean up free space etc.

The workaround is to create a custom button

Adam, see what you can make of this.  I'm not sure of the implications of "delete" on the infra side.  We might need to coordinate with Oved and the RHEVM team on this, too.
