Description of problem:
When I click date picking control, its view appears under navigation bar (look at screenshot). 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.7.0.9

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Timelines for infra provider for instance
2. Click Date picking control

Actual results:
date control is under navigation bar

Expected results:
it should appear over navigation bar

@ewinchel - we have a fix for this in the timeline client code
