The infra provider RSA key changed and update of the SSH key required, however the false negative error above prevent saving the new details of the infra provider

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

5.7.0.9 beta2.1

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1.configure RHOS infra provider in CFME
2.modify the SSH RSA key in RHOS infra provider, (re provision the RHOS)
3.click on compute --> infra provider icon
4.select configuration --> edit
5. edit the SSH key credentials with the new key file created
6. click on validate

Actual results:

Credentials validation failed

Expected results:
