Red Hat Product Errata RHBA-2017:0779 0 normal SHIPPED_LIVE redhat-support-lib-python and redhat-support-tool bug fix update 2017-03-21 12:49:01 UTC

Description Mark Huth 2016-11-08 07:48:41 UTC
Description of problem:
Need to modify the redhat-support-lib-python code to add some states for internal case status.

These states aren't available via the Strata REST API so I needed to manually add them to the code.

This BZ is also needed to allow these changes to make it into RHEL6.9 because otherwise there weren't any redhat-support-lib-python BZs. So really there's nothing much to test for this BZ, but if you really want to test the functionality provided by this BZ you can look at the modifycase command with the -i switch in redhat-support-tool.
