Description of problem: It's impossible to create an alert immediately after deleting another one. Expand Alerts accordion. 3. Create an alert. 4. Delete the alert. 5. Try to create another one. Actual results: Nothing happened. Creation screen is not opened. Expected results: Creation screen is opened.

Verified in 5.8.0.3.20170301174324_1e2e0c4, an alert can be created.
