Doc Text:	Previously, using the virt-viewer utility to view a guest virtual machine in virtual network computing (VNC) graphic mode did not properly generate the graphical output if virt-viewer was disconnected and then reconnected in a short span of time. With this update, a server refresh is reliably triggered on reconnecting with virt-viewer in the described scenario, and it shows the expected graphical output.	Story Points:	---

Reproduce this issue against qemu-kvm-rhev-2.6.0-27.el7.x86_64.
Steps:
1. Install a rhel7.3 guest using vnc & vga display from virt-manager
2. Launch guest from virt-manager and connect guest use virt-viewer(just launch virt-viewer from host and select guest to connect)
3. Close the virt-viewer connection and reconnect

Results:
After step 3, no display output

Verify against qemu-kvm-rhev-2.6.0-28.el7_3.2.x86_64. After step 3, there is always guest desktop output
