report is broken when stdout is split to stderr and stdout

When patch in #1309491 is applied, our reports are broken because we use own XSL files. So these XSL must be updated to see stdout and stderr in report file. Otherwise stderr is not part of result.html file. Currently we use stderr for all log messages.

HTML reports are fine again.
