Issue hasn't been fixed. Emails are sent to incorrect address:
INFO -- : MIQ(GenericMailer#prepare_generic_email) options: {:to=>"evmadmin", :from=>"evmadmin", :subject=>"Your virtual machine request has Completed - VM: dmisharo", :content_type=>nil, :body=>"Hello, <br><br>Your request to Reconfigure virtual machine dmisharo was approved and completed. <br><br> Thank you,<br> Virtualization Infrastructure Team", :sent_on=>2016-11-10 04:48:14 -0500}

Comment 9 Dmitry Misharov 2016-11-18 15:15:01 UTC
After conversation with Dave Johnson I change the status to verified and I'm going to open a separate BZ for undocumented behavior.
