Previously, converting the system clipboard contents to text did not work correctly. As a consequence, the spice-gtk tool terminated unexpectedly when clipboard contents could not be converted to text. The underlying source code has been modified to fix this bug, and the spice-gtk tool no longer crashes in the described situation.

This bug has been copied from bug #1385225 and has been proposed
to be backported to 7.3 z-stream (EUS).
