Description of problem: On the table distro_tree_activity the column distro_tree_id is currently nullable which could lead to orphaned data, so a migration script to convert it to nullable=False is required. As part of the migration script deletion of orphans could be required.
On a recent production snapshot, no orphans are evident: MySQL [beaker_dcallagh]> select count(*) from distro_tree_activity where distro_tree_id is null; +----------+ | count(*) | +----------+ | 0 | +----------+ 1 row in set (0.00 sec)

There is no expected change in behaviour here, so verification should just be that the database migration succeeds (it did) and that nothing else breaks.
