Description of problem:
Currently ansible is using json-file log driver by default during OCP installation. The default log driver should be journald according to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1392104#c2 , otherwise logging stacks will not work well, in case end users did not accurately specify openshift-ansible installer openshift_docker_options parameter for their env during installation ( or maybe end user never know such installer option).
