Description of problem:
Diskdump failed with serial console connected.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
RHEL3-U4

How reproducible: Everytime


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set kernel /vmlinuz-2.4.21-21.ELsmp ro root=LABEL=/ console=tty0 
console=ttyS0,9600n8r in grub.conf
2. Start Diskdump

  
Actual results: Diskdump failed


Expected results: Diskdump succeed


Additional info: Diskdump succeed after deleting console=tty0 
console=ttyS0,9600n8r.

A fix for this problem has just been committed to the RHEL3 U5
patch pool this afternoon (in kernel version 2.4.21-27.11.EL).
