Previously, the rundir directory had incorrect SELinux permissions. As a consequence, the REmote DIctionary Server (Redis) failed to start. A patch has been applied to fix this bug, and Redis no longer fails to start.

This bug has been copied from bug #1390974 and has been proposed
to be backported to 7.3 z-stream (EUS).
