100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Timelines for provider (f.e. vsphere55) and find any group of events  
2. Click events' group

Actual results:
tooltips for group of events too big and don't surround text (see screenshot)

Expected results:
such tooltips should fit for text inside
