Description of problem: The 'Monthly Host Count per Provider' report contains all providers, including public cloud providers. These should not appear on the report as they do no provide host count. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 5.6.2.2

Now Report doesn't show all providers.It works fine. Verified in Version 5.9.0.11.20171127204214_e316988
