Description of problem:
Today, after live merge completes and before removing the volume, sync volume chain is invoked at vdsm in LiveMergeCleanupThread.
During the work on improving cold merge performnce, we introduced new sync volume chain verb that can be used in live merge flow as well.

Still relevant but not the most critical change.
Changed priority and severity to low and moved to 4.1.3.
