Description of problem:
There is "List only synchronized channels" checkbox missing on 5.8.0 on "Software Channel Entitlements" page


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

(compared to fully updates 5.7.0)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Sat and in webUI go to:
   Overview -> Subscription Management -> Software Channel Entitlements


Actual results:
Above channel families listings there is "List only synchronized channels" checkbox missing.


Expected results:
Checkbox should be there and functional
