How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.On a fresh new appliance navigate to My setting->visuals.(Do not add any providers)
2.set the default start page entry from "show at login" dropdown list to any page.(for ex set it to "services/Catalogs")
3.log out and login.

Actual results:
landing page shows "Infrastructure Providers" when login instead of "services/Catalogs".
