Description of problem:
VM Pool <UNKNOWN> was removed by admin@internal-authz.

VM pool is UNKNOWN when removed.
It's a regression from 3.6.z

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.0.5.5-0.1.el7ev

How reproducible:
100

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create new VM pool
2. Remove the VM pool

Actual results:
VM pool is UNKNOWN when removed

Expected results:
VM pool is known
