Description of problem:

The built-in API docs has:

Hosts bulk actions URLs with /katello/ to start.
For example:

PUT /katello/api/hosts/bulk/add_host_collections

But these should be without /katello/ as they come from Foreman.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. https://sat6-2.example.com/apidoc/v2.html
2. see "Hosts bulk actions"


Actual results:

with /katello prefix

Expected results:

without /katello prefix
