Description of problem: modify_project_chroot_details from V1 API (using python-copr) cannot specify comps. API v2 equivalent can, but I've been advised (by clime) to use API v1, so I need it to be added there.
I added a new API method edit_chroot that makes comps file uploading possible as a part of https://pagure.io/copr/copr/c/6aeb17d9a132e807d84fc82f999010bf80177370?branch=master. The old one has slightly different behavior for buildroot_pkgs updating and became "deprecated".
