Please update Sphinx in EPEL 7 to 2.2.11

The current release of 2.1.5 is out-dated and contains known bugs that cause crashes and security vulnerabilities.

Sphinx EPEL is no longer supported in the Fedora Repository.  It is however provided directory from the vendor.  You can download it here:

If Sphinx is no longer supported in EPEL the package should be removed from the repository.
