Description of problem: Some of the Power Operation strings are not getting extracted in the i18n gettext catalog

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. At the moment, the bug is not visible in the UI because we do not have updated gettext catalogs available yet (updated as in, updated after the Power Operations feature was added)
2. As and when the language catalogs are available, the following strings would need to be monitored if they were translated correctly:
"Service xyz was started", "Service xyz was stopped", "Service xyz was suspended"
3. To reproduce - Simply Start/Stop/Suspend the Service and observe the Notification messages


Actual results:


Expected results: "Service xyz was started", "Service xyz was stopped", "Service xyz was suspended" should show up translated for the set locale.
