In the instance where:
* A directory reports split-brain
* Analysis of the split-brain shows trusted.afr entries showing split-brain.
* The only difference between replica is trusted.dht

Gluster should clear the trusted.afr entries and trigger a fix-layout for that directory.

Considering this is not done in last 2yrs, and not in total focus for next releases, marking it as DEFERRED, so we can revisit them after couple of releases.
