Configure storage tooltip

Description of problem:
Few characters ", " got into start of tooltip see screenshot

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go through Guid Me dialog up to adding storage
2. Hover over 'Configure Storage'
3.

Actual results:
Tip says ', There should be...'
notice    ^^^ comma and space in the beginning

Expected results:
s/^, There/There/
