Description of problem:

Ceph Object Gateway S3, Swift and Admin APIs assume a cluster that is already up and running, and a client accessing the cluster.

Expected results:

It would be nice to put the APIs into a separate guide and link to the guide so that the admin guide is a bit more terse.
