How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to Cloud Providers details page 
2.In Relationships section click on Orchestration stacks 
3.Choose any stacks then click on set retirement dates 

Actual results:
It doesn't navigate to set retirement dates page when clicking on "set retirement dates" button.
