Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): openshift v3.4.0.28+dfe3a66 How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Create app with cpu/memory limit set from web console. 2.After pod is running, check on the pod metrics tab. 3. Actual results: 2.there is no donut icon shown in the cpu metrics chart. Donut icon shows well in memory metrics chart. Expected results: 2.Donut icon should show up in cpu metrics chart if cpu limit is set. Additional info:

This has been merged into ocp and is in OCP v3.4.0.29 or newer.
Checked on OCP v3.4.0.29+ca980ba, now there is donut icon in cpu metrics chart, and the value in the donut changes normally according to usage. The bug has been fixed, so move it to Verified.
