When I added RHEL instance it just says that OS is "linux_redhat". Is that sufficient?
Yes, we do recognize only OS name, not a version. Usually AWS has no metadata about that, so version is visible only in the Image name, if the creator placed it there.
Verified in 5.7.1.0. OSes are listed for instances.
