In RHV 4.0, the partner MAC address of hosts is retrieved and a warning passed to the Manager user if the bond is configured incorrectly. No warning is given if only one of the slaves is up and running.

This change must be investigated, and some guidance, if necessary, added to the documentation of hosts.
